We Schedule a Pickup
We come to you. No loading up a truck yourself, no hauling equipment anywhere. We handle the logistics.
Transfer of Custody
At the time of pickup, we provide a signed Transfer of Custody / Donation Receipt. It lists every item we are taking possession of. Your records are protected from the moment we walk out the door.
Secure Data Sanitization
Every storage device is wiped to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 standards. NVMe drives use blkdiscard at Purge level. SATA drives use GNU shred 3-pass at Clear level. Physical destruction is available for any drive that cannot be wiped by software means.
Certificate of Data Sanitization
Once wiping is complete, you receive a professional certificate listing every device, serial number, drive type, wipe method used, and confirmation that all sanitization is done. Suitable for compliance and auditing purposes.
Community Impact
Your equipment gets refurbished and returned to the Chatham-Kent community. Over 70 computers donated to local families and individuals who need them. Your old office gear does real good.
What You Will Receive
At pickup you get a signed Transfer of Custody. Once data wiping is complete, you receive your Certificate of Data Sanitization. Both documents are yours to keep for your records.
